Hanoi Le Jardin Hotel & Spa

Located in an accessible neighborhood a few minute walk away from the much busier old quarter, our stay in this hotel was totally beyond my expectation. I booked three rooms for 8 people and no one found the morning hustle and bustle of the street an issue. The hotel is beautiful and looks exactly like the pictures. The staff was excellent. Not only are there english speaking speakers, they're very accommodating and honest as well. When I booked for a hotel shuttle going from and to the airport, they politely informed me that their price could be slightly different than airport services (I still booked the hotel shuttle and the driver was very kind). They also computed me options for exchanging money when I asked help. Because our group is staying for more than a couple of nights, the hotel graciously provided complimentary fruits to every room. A pleasant surprise to end our day! We didn't notice until our third day but this hotel actually also has a pool and gym that is accessible through their sister hotel just across the street. We didn't swim because it's December so the weather is cold.

It is a clean and well kept property. Lobby is cosy and entrance is beautiful. Its located little far off from all the hustle and bustle of the old quarters. The room I booked was the basic one and it was very small. But they were kind to allot me a better room when I told them about my issue. I should have booked the second category room. They gave a warm welcome with the warm drink and honey apricots. Staff was always smiling and helpful. They were very supportive. Also, they arranged for a shower for me after the check out as I had to check out early and my flight was late in the evening. Its little far from all the action of the old quarters but you cab take the grab and reach in no time. A perfect stay for me.

The staff, particularly reception staff esp., Ms Giang Charlotte were exceptional. The cosy room 707 was too small almost claustrophobic but because I had made additional bookings I was upgraded a daily earlier . Really appreciated that. Spa was first rate, cleanliness of room was excellent, and breakfast was good. But staff is the most imp. And that was excellent. Would recommend.

I love the location! I stayed for 5 nights and walked to all the attractions, the west lake, lake Hoan Kiem, the old quarter, the French quarter and HCM mausoleum. I tried a 3 hour signature 1 massage package and it was divine. Breakfast is good and has everything you could want. The staff are friendly and helpful. I stayed twice in my visit to Hanoi, and would stay again.

I like the artsy design of the hotel interior. Baby friendly also. Staff were very accommodating and catered to our every request. Extra beds and even a baby crib was provided upon request. Thank you to Mr Anh for taking care of our large group. Our stay in Vietnam was a very comfortable one due to this hotel.
